Chocolate is Good for you!

Numerous studies have shown that chocolate, in moderation, has a positive health benefit.

It can actually help with your digestive system and make you more regular according to MedicalNewsToday.

The energetic healing of chocolate goes back to Ancient Mayans and Aztecs - who used chocolate for spiritual and ceremonial purposes.

Here’s an excerpt of a recent article in the online magazine, Eat This, Not That:

"We found that cocoa flavanol supplementation may reduce clinical cardiovascular events, including a statistically significant 27% reduction in… cardiovascular disease (CVD) death," study author Howard D. Sesso, ScD, MPH, tells Eat This, Not That!.

The article goes on to say: Flavanols are compounds found in cocoa powder, chocolate, and other foods, and they have been linked with a range of health benefits. A 2014 study on cocoa flavanols, also published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that they could play a role in protecting you from cognitive decline as you age.

Chocolate is also 'choc' full of antioxidant activity, polyphenols and flavonoids. Antioxidants are important for repairing free radical damage caused by a long list of stressors, including EMFs. So is eating chocolate another form of EMF protection? At some level, yes.   The darker the chocolate, the healthier and eating dark chocolate EVERY day can provide, which has many other health benefits as well.
